SenseKit Audio SA-1 delivers continuous 24/7 machine health monitoring using an ST IMP34DT05 industrial digital MEMS microphone, ST IIS3DWB ultra-wide-bandwidth triaxial vibration sensor and ST STTS22H precision digital temperature sensor. Onboard AI processes all data locally — no cloud dependency, no data leaving your facility. The self-learning model establishes a unique baseline for each machine and automatically identifies deviations consistent with bearing wear, imbalance, misalignment or structural looseness.

SenseKit Vision SV-1 delivers continuous visual monitoring of machines and production lines using an ST VD55G0 global shutter image sensor and an ST STM32N6 microcontroller with Neural-ART NPU — ST's dedicated neural processing unit for edge AI. All inference runs locally on the embedded processor — no cloud connection, no external servers. The system detects visual deviations from normal operating conditions including oil leaks, smoke, surface defects and component wear.
